Wesley Warner

Wesley Warner is a Marine Corps veteran, business owner, endurance athlete, and family man who believes leadership is built through action — not talk.

After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps with deployments to Okinawa and Iraq, Wesley served as a point man for his squad in Iraq, learning firsthand what responsibility, pressure, and trust truly mean.

After the military, he applied those same principles to civilian life — building businesses, not chasing shortcuts. He is a Dairy Queen owner, real estate investor, and hands-on builder who has built his own home and cabin, while owning and managing rental properties and a cabin Airbnb alongside his wife.

Wesley lives by doing hard things daily. In the past year alone, he completed two triathlons and a 25-mile trail race, stays active racing dirt bikes with his son, and prioritizes time with his wife and three kids while working together as a family across their businesses.

The Wesley Warner Show exists to share real conversations with people who have lived leadership, faced adversity, and chosen responsibility — from combat to business to family life.

Mission statement :Conversations on leadership, combat, business, and building a life with purpose — through discipline, ownership, and doing hard things daily.
